The petitioner has filed this petition, to call for the records in P.R.C.NO.5 of 2016, on the file of Judicial Magistrate NO.II, Karaikal, and quash the same as illegal.

2. When the Matter was listed for hearing on 15.04.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the writ petitioner and hence the matter was posted on 21.04.2021. When the matter was taken for hearing on 21.06.2021, once again there was no representation for the petitioner. In order to give one more opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was again directed to be listed on 28.06.2021 under the caption ''For Dismissal''. Today, the case is listed for hearing under the caption "for dismissal" but so also none represented on behalf of the petitioner.
