PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 407 Cr.P.C. praying to withdraw S.C.No.190 of 2011 pending on the file of the learned Assistant Sessions Judge (Sub Court), Attur and transfer the same to any other Sessions Court in Namakkal or Villupuram District.

ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking transfer of the case in S.C.No.190 of 2011 pending on the file of the learned Assistant Sessions Judge (Sub Court), Attur, to any other Sessions Court in Namakkal or Villupuram District. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent police submitted that the case in S.C.No.190 of 2011 itself has been disposed of on merit, after full fledged trial by the Court below.

In view of the above submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), nothing survives in this criminal original petition and the same is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
