This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned notice issued by the 2nd respondent made in Na.Ka.No.909/2011/A1 dated 11.07.2011 and quash the same and direct the 2nd respondent to renew the lease with effect from 01.04.2011 in respect of petitioner's shop No.7, Bharathidasan Shopping Complex (Old), Ooty Road, Gudalur Town, The Nilgiris District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.P.Srinivas, learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent would submit that the entire demand raised in the impugned order was already paid and cleared upto the year 2019. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, he prayed to pass appropriate orders.

3. Mr.A.S.Kaizer, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner did not dispute the fact submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent.

4. Accordingly, the present Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
