The prayer made in this writ petition is to direct the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 14.05.2012 with respect to measure his plot no.139, situated in Bharathi Nagar, Tharamani, Chennai-113 in accordance with law.

2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that due to efflux of time, the writ petition may be closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned with fresh representation.

3.Granting such liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
