ORDER
When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner is no more and hence, liberty may be given to the legal heirs of the petitioner to approach the respondent concerned for appropriate relief.
2.Granting such liberty, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
