ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience in not complying with the order dated 09.07.2024 passed by this Court in WP.No.2610 of 2024, thereby the respondents were directed to notionally regularise the petitioner as Forest Watcher with effect from 24.01.1995 for the purpose of revised pension, within a time frame.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents produced Government Order in G.O.(2D) No.79 Environment, Climate Change and Forests (FR2(ii)) Department dated 28.04.2025 passed in compliance of the order passed by this Court in WP.No.2610 of 2024 dated 09.07.2024.

3. In view of the aforesaid Government Order, this contempt petition is closed.
