This Criminal Original petition has been filed by the Accused No.2 to quash the proceedings against him in C.C.No.83 of 2011 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Panruti.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), who is appearing for the first respondent has submitted that during pendency of this petition, the trial Court has conducted trial and disposed of the case on 14.09.2018 and acquitted all the accused including the petitioner herein and hence nothing survives in this petition.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
