PRAYER:- Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to transfer the investigation of Crime No.102 of 2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent police to some other agency and investigate the same.

ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to transfer the investigation of Crime No.102 of 2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent police to some other agency and investigate the same.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation in Crime No.102 of 2015 has been taken cognizance by the Mahila Court, Chengalpattu in S.C.No.65 of 2018.
3.In view of the above, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
