Ms.S.Ramya Revathi, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the 2nd respondent. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner, being aggrieved by an order passed by the 2nd respondent dated 27.12.2016, rejecting his request to relocate the terminus from Tirupur Regional Stand to Tirupur Old Bus Stand, preferred an appeal before the first respondent Appellate Tribunal in Appeal No.25 of 2017.

3. The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that the said appeal is not yet disposed of.

4. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner as it is for the first respondent to consider and decide. Thus, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to pass orders on the appeal filed by the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
