ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 420, 465, 468, 471 of IPC in Crime No.188 of 2019, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners and the defacto complainant belongs to the CIS Mission. The petitioners herein made a lease agreement with one Pleasantjaba by leasing the CIS Mission's Property by using forged document. The petitioners 1 and 2 are the leaser and the petitioners 3 and 4 are signed as witness in forged document. Hence the complaint.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution and they have been falsely implicated in this case. 4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that during pendency of this case, the investigation has already been completed and a charge sheet has also been filed before the trial court. He further submitted that this court may direct the petitioner/accused to appear before the trial court and file proper petition to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
5. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the trial Court and file appropriate petition to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
