Mr.R.Govindasamy, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the appeal dated 03.10.2016, preferred against the order passed by the second respondent on 27.07.2016 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. It is seen that the second respondent refused to register a sale deed presented by the petitioner, by passing an order dated 27.07.2016. Challenging the said order, the petitioner preferred an appeal before the first respondent, which according to the petitioner, is still pending and not yet disposed of. Therefore, without expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of, by directing the first respondent to consider the appeal dated 03.10.2016 filed by the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
