SULAIMAN Vs STATE REP BY [ RESPONDENTS ] INSPECTOR OF POLICE,(CRIME), EGMORE POLICE SATATION, CHENNAI 600 008 (CRIME NO.730/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honble Court in the Anticipatory bail order in the above Crl.OP.23724/2021 dated 20.12.2021 in Para No.6 "that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 until further orders and cooperate for investigation" and pass such further or other orders.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.NARAYANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.23724 of 2021 on 20.12.2021.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified to that effect that the first petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation and the second petitioner, till filing of the charge sheet, shall appear before the respondent police for monthly once i.e. on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
