JUDGMENT

This Second Appeal has been filed against the decree and judgment dated 17.06.2009 made in A.S.No.1 of 2009 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Salem, confirming the judgment and decree made in O.S.No.1127 of 2007 dated 02.09.2008 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Salem.

2. Mediation report filed stating that the matter has been settled through Mediation in terms of joint memo of compromise filed by the parties. As per the terms of joint memo of compromise, the respondent did not have any objection in allowing the Second Appeal by recording the joint memo of compromise. The Mediation report along with the terms of joint memo of compromise is recorded.

3. In view of the above, the Second Appeal is decreed in terms of joint memo of compromise and the terms of joint memo of compromise shall form part of this decree. No costs.
