2. Read this in conjunction with and in continuation of earlier proceedings made in the previous listing on 24.02.2025, which reads as follows:

'Contempt Petition No.464 of 2025 M.SUNDAR, J., K.GOVINDARAJAN THILAKAVADI, J., (Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR.J.,) Captioned contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience qua order dated 29.07.2024 in W.P.No.20731 of 2024.

2. Ms.J.Kamalini, learned counsel for contempt petitioner draws our attention to Paragraph 7 of aforesaid order, which reads as follows:

'7. The order under Section 6 shall be made within four weeks from today i.e., by 27.08.2024, the same shall be served on R4 and a copy to be served on the writ petitioner within 5 working days from the date of the order being made.'

3. Learned counsel submits that no Section 6 of 'the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905 (Tamil Nadu Act III of 1905)' {hereinafter 'said 1905 Act' for the sake of brevity} order has been served on the writ petitioner until this day in spite of private contempt notice dated 25.11.2024.

3. Respondent / Mr.S.Santhosh, Tahsildar, K.V.Kuppam Taluk, Vellore District is present before the Court.

4. Learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the order dated 29.07.2024 made in W.P. No.20731 of 2024 has since been complied. Mr.B.Sundarapandiyan, learned counsel on record for petitioner confirms compliance of the order.

5. Recording compliance, we write that the respondent will now stand purged of the contempt as we had issued Rule of Contempt.
