THAMILSELVI CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.1104 of 2022 IN CRL OP.252/2022 K.BALAJI [ PETITIONER ] Vs STATE REP BY [ RESPONDENT ] INSPECTOR OF POLICE, CENTRAL CRIME BRANCH, BANK FRAUD PREVENTION WING, TEAM-31, VEPPERY, CHENNAI (CRIME NO.179/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition passed by this Honble court in Crl.OP.No.252/2022 dated 06.01.2022 directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police on every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday at 6 p.m. until further orders and permit the petitioner to report before the Villupuram Town police station, Villupuram.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.P.SATHYAMURTHY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.252 of 2022 on 06.01.2022.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 4.00 p.m., until further orders.
