When the Criminal Original Petition was taken up for hearing today, Mr.L.Baskaran, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the first respondent/State submitted that the criminal proceedings initiated against the petitioners in C.C.No.124 of 2016, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thiruvannamalai, has ended in acquittal on 09.03.2023.

2. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
