This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.MP.No.4095 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.26661 of 2022 dated 21.03.2025, passed by this Court to appear before the IX Additional Special Judge for CBI Cases, Chennai, where charge sheet has now been filed, monthly ie., on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., till completion of trial, apart from hearing dates.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.4095 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.26661 of 2022 dated 21.03.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
