When the matter was listed for hearing on 19.10.2016, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was adjourned to next week. Subsequently, when the matter was listed on 26.10.2016 also, there was no representation for the petitioner and the matter was adjourned by two weeks. Thereafter, when the matter was listed on 09.11.2016 also, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal" on 15.11.2016. Even today also, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Court has no other option except to dismiss the Civil Revision Petition for non prosecution. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
