This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to expedite the investigation and complete the same within time frame to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court in Crime No.1 of 2012, dated 05.01.2012 on the file of the Inspector of Police (Land Grabbing Cell) District Crime Branch, ALGSC, Namakkal.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the respondent had conducted an enquiry and completed the investigation in Crime No.1 of 2012.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent is directed to file a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Namakkal within https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

a period of two weeks from the date of the receipt of a copy of this Order, if not already filed.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
