This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall sign before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m, until further orders in in Crl.O.P.No. 25505 of 2022 dated 30.11.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m until file a final report and also appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
