ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the conditio n in Paragraph No.4 of the order dated 10.01.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.818 of 2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police, every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not able to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court since the petitioner is studying B.Com Final year in St.Francis De Sales College at Bangalore.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the condition as imposed by this Court. 4.Considering the fact that the petitioner is a college student, the condition in paragraph no. 4(d) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 818 of 2025 dated 10.01.2025 is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police at 10.30 a.m. for a period of ten(10) days and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
