The matter is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned". 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners stated that a mistake has crept into the paragraph No.4 of the order passed by this Court vide order dated 01.02.2024. Accordingly, he prays for appropriate orders. 3.In view of the above statement so made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the paragraph No.4 of the order dated 01.02.2024 is to be read as follows:

"4.Taking all these factors into consideration, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the 2nd petitioner, but however, directing the 2nd petitioner to deposit an amount of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) as non refundable deposit to the credit of Crime No.471 of 2023 before the learned X Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore. The said amount may be handed over by the learned X Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, to the Dean, Stanley Government Medical College and Hospital, Chennai, for treating the needy patients." 1/3

4.Registry is directed to carry out the necessary corrections in the order dated 01.02.2024 and re-issue a fresh order copy. 5.Time is extended for a period of two weeks from today to execute the sureties.
