JUDGMENT

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been filed against the order dated 27.11.2014 passed in Guardian and Ward Original Petition No.232 of 2011 (in the matter of minor S.Jaswant aged about 3 years) by the Principle District Judge, Kancheepuram District at Chengalpattu.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 25.03.2021, there was no representation for the learned counsel on both sides. Thereafter, the matter was directed to be posted under the caption 'for dismissal' on 29.03.2021.

3. On 29.03.2021, at the request of the learned counsel, the matter was directed to be posted after two weeks. Thereafter, when the matter was taken up for hearing on 27.04.2022, again there was no representation for the learned counsel on both sides and the matter was directed to be posted under the caption 'for dismissal' on 28.04.2022. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Today (29.04.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the learned counsels on both sides. It can now be inferred that the appellants are not interested to prosecute this Civil Miscellaneous Petition. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
