The above application is filed for amending the cause title by changing the name of the 1st respondent. The reason for the amendment is on account of the scheme of amalgamation having been sanctioned by the Honourable High Court, New Delhi in C.P.No.505 of 2010. In view of the above, the said petition is allowed.

The petitioner is directed to carryout the necessary amendment within ten days from today.
