The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.03.2015 by rectifying his name in Adangal as Dorairajan Suresh Babu instead of C.Babu for his property situated at No.154, Jallatenpet Village, Old S.No.218, New Survey No.218/2 as per Patta 287/5, Plot No.49, Medavakkam, Chennai - 600 100, now called as 4th Street, Pallavan Nagar as in Patta No.633 measuring an extent of 2200* sq.ft and measured as 1995 sq.ft.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the petitioner's representation dated 02.03.2015 to rectify the mistake as stated above, the 3rd respondent has not rectified the same yet. 3.Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader taking notice for the respondents submitted that the 3rd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders in accordance with law. 4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.03.2015 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
