Respondents Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus calling for the records relating to the detention order passed by the 2nd respondent pertaining to the order made in Memo No.975/BCDFGISSSV/2015 dated 19.9.2015 in detaining the detenu under 2(F) of the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 as a Goonda and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu Ramkumar son of Chandrasekar, aged about 26 years, who is detained at Central Prison, Puzhal, before this Court and set him at liberty.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.JAICHANDREN J.) The petitioner, who is the wife of the detenu herein by name Ramkumar, S/o.Chandrasekar, aged 26 years, has come forward with this petition challenging the detention order passed by the 2nd respondent dated 19.9.2015 against her husband branding him as a "Goonda" under the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the order of detention passed by the 2nd respondent as against the husband of the petitioner dated 19.9.2015 has been revoked by the Government in G.O.Rt.No.7313, dated 18.11.2015 and he has also produced a copy of the said order.
3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed as the same has become infructuous.
