ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus, to direct the second and third respondents to remove the water tank fixed in the petitioner's property comprised in S.No.162/1 and 162/2 to an extent of 0.07 cents in patta No.165 situated at C.Bonthur Village, Sriperumbudur Village, Kancheepuram District based on the representation dated 06.12.2018.

2. Earlier, when the matter was taken up for hearing on 22.02.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Then, the matter was posted under the caption 'for dismissal' today i.e., on 10.03.2021.

3. Even today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, no one represented on behalf of the petitioner.

4. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed for default. No costs.
