The petitioner has filed this contempt petition, to punish the respondents for disobeying the order of this Court dated 18.11.2024 passed in Crl.O.P.No.28680 of 2024.

2. This Court vide order dated 18.11.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.28680 of 2024 directed the respondents-Police to complete the investigation and to file a final report as expeditiously as possible before the Court concerned. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is informed by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents-Police that the order of this Court dated 18.11.2024 passed in Crl.O.P.No.28680 of 2024 has been complied with. He further submitted that investigation was over and charge sheet has been filed vide e-filing No. LTN 20230000840/C202500047 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Cheyur on 06.03.2025.
