Respondents Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records on the file of the 1st respondent with regard to the Government Order passed in G.O.Ms.No.91, Higher Education (K2) Department dated 03.04.2009 and quash the same and direct the respondents to award weightage marks to the petitioner to his M.Phil Degree and for his teaching experience i.e. from 14.06.2006 to 30.06.2010 he acquired by teaching the UG and PG classes in various self finance colleges and to consider him for appointment to the post of Assistant Professor under the respondents.
