(Order of the Court made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.) On perusal of the communication of the 3rd respondent addressed to the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.2481/2016/F1 dated 10.09.2018 wherein it has been stated that the encroachments have been removed, the grievance of the petitioner has been substantially satisfied. However, if the petitioner is of the view that there are further encroachments available, he can always work out the remedy available to him.

2. Recording the above, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
