JUDGMENT
According to the learned counsel for the appellant, the first respondent died and a memo has been filed by the legal representatives of the first respondent to substitute the cause-title by impleading the following persons as legal representatives of the deceased first respondent.
2. The said memo is recorded.
3. The Registry is directed to amend the cause-title as mentioned in the memo.
4. The learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that in view of the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court reported in Mukund Dewangan Vs. Oriental Insurance Co. Ltd., she is not pressing this appeal.
