Mr.C.Jayaprakash Govt Advocate For R1 to R3 R4-PVT Order This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the third respondent to transfer patta in the name of the petitioner for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner's representation dated 08.10.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.Since the petitioner had not submitted an online application to the third respondent for transfer of patta in her name, the petitioner will have to submit a fresh online application.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions would submit that the petitioner is willing to submit a fresh online application. 4.Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. Since no adverse order is being passed against the fourth respondent, notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with.

5.No prejudice would be caused to the official respondents if the petitioner's application seeking for issuance of patta, is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the neighbouring land owners, if any and any other third party whom the third respondent deems fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 6.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's application.

7.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to submit an online application to the third respondent for transfer of patta in her name for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the said online application within the stipulated time, the third respondent shall pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the neighbouring land owners if any and also any other third party whom the third respondent deems fit to enquire, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
