Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the writ petitioner would submit that the writ petitioner D.Mariapan, who represented for M/s.Hemaa Constructions had passed away and the learned counsel for the petitioner has intimated the same to the legal heirs of Mariappan to file an appropriate application to substitute them in the cause list. But, they have not interested to prosecute the case and they have also given the letter to the counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to file a memo to that extent to the Registry.

2. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
