ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the entire records pursuant to the Crime No.22 of 2018 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the State submitted that the parties have settled their dispute and the de-facto complainant/second respondent has withdrawn his complaint as against the petitioner. In this regard, the learned Government has produced a final report that further action on the complaint was dropped.
