The suit was dismissed on 10.01.2020. The suit is of the year 2006. The plaintiff therefore filed an application in A.No.3011 of 2022 to condone the delay of 892 days in filing the application to restore the suit. The permission was granted by this Court to serve counsel who appeared for defendants 1 to 6 who reported before this Court that they had no instructions. Under these circumstances, paper publication was ordered. 2.Accordingly, paper publication was also been effected on 04.10.2021 pursuant to which order came to be passed on 28.10.2022 in A.No.3011 of 2022. Now, the applications have listed before this Court for effecting paper publication for restoring the suit. 3.Considering the above, A.No.635 of 2022 is allowed for effecting substituted service of notice through paper publication on D1 to D6, as D7 has already been served. The applicant/plaintiff is directed to effect paper publication within a period of two weeks from today in any leading National news paper having wide circulation in Chennai and file an affidavit of service to that effect.
