The petitioner, with a huge delay, has approached this Court, as a result this Court is not able to extend its help to her. The reason is that when the petitioner applied for the post of Laboratory Assistant, pursuant to the notification issued by the respondents on 21.4.2015, followed by the publication of results of the written examination on 24.3.2017, fixing the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

process of certificate verification to be held on 9.4.2017 and 10.4.2017, the petitioner has not chosen to come before the completion of the certificate verification that were held on 9.4.2017 and 10.4.2017. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed on the ground of delay. Consequently, W.M.P.No.11280 of 2017 is also dismissed.
