JUDGMENT
(The case has been heard through video conference) The learned counsel for the appellant reported that the death of sole appellant and also informed that no instructions from his client. Hence the Registry was directed to cause notice to the appellant.
2. From the records, this Court finds that notice was affixed to the last known resident and the RPAD returned as vacated. Since there is no representation for the appellant, this Second Appeal is dismissed. No costs.
