This petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent police to return the TATA Ace 275 INDINA BS II Vehicle bearing No. TN-49AR-4902 to the petitioner as per the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruthuraipoondi in Crl M.P.No.8905 of 2019 on 28.01.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has received her vehicle and the relavant documents were handed over to her.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
