O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 06.01.2016 within the time frame.

2. The petitioner, seeks to issue a joint patta in his name, along with the other owners.

3. Mrs.K.Bhuvaneswari, learned Government Advocate taking notice for the respondent, submitted that the respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.01.2016, and pass orders in accordance with law.

4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration, the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.01.2016 and pass orders on merits and in accordance of law, after giving notice to the other interested parties within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With these observations the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
