C.M.P.Nos.1343 to 1345 of 2022 in A.S. No.13 of 2019 DR. A.D. MARIA CLETE, J These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 633 days in seeking to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of R1, to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of R1 and to bring on record the respondents 8 to 11 herein who are the legal representatives of the deceased R1 respectively.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and the learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 5 is present who submits that he has got no serious objection in allowing these petitions.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are allowed.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the cause title.
