Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant extension of time for his surrender as ordered dated 20.12.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.18832 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.901 of 2019. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. L.P.BALAJI RAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SRINIVASAN, Special Public Prosecutor for CBI Cases on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to extent the time to surrender before the trial Court as per the order of this Court dated 20.12.2019 in Crl.MP.No.18832 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.901 of 2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that he has no objection for extension of time.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court as per the order of this Court dated 20.12.2019 in Crl.MP.No.18832 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.901 of 2019.
