A.No.642 of 2026 in T.O.S.No.26 of 2018 and C.S.No.901 of 2015 & 59 of 2022 DR.A.D.MARIA CLETE,J., This application has been filed to grant leave to the Applicant/Plaintiff to file the additional documents in the above suit, morefully referred in the Judges Summons and mark the same as exhibits on the side of the Plaintiff. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant and the learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to allow the application and also perused the materials available on record.

3.As far as the admissibility, relevancy and proof, it cannot be tested through this application. This application is filed only to grant leave for production of documents belatedly. Therefore, this petition is allowed and the documents can be received subject to proof, relevancy and admissibility.

4. Post the matter before the learned Additional Master No.IV for recording evidence on 01.06.2026.
