Respondent/Respondent/Complainant PRAYER: Petition filed under Section 397 read with 401 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records of the learned Assistant Sessions Judge-cum-Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vellore, Vellore District and set aside the judgment passed by him in S.C.No.96 of 2013 dated 02.02.2016 as confirmed by the Appellate Court made in C.A.No.4 of 2016 dated 21.12.2017 on the file of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge(FTC ), Vellore, Vellore District in dismissing the appeal filed by them. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Revision and he has also made an endorsement to that effect and the same reads as follows:-

3. In view of the said endorsement, this Criminal Revision is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.During the hearing on 12.04.2018, the learned counsel for the petitioner thought it to withdrawn the Crl.M.P.No.767 of 2018 and accordingly, made an endorsement. Therefore, an order has been pronounced in the Crl.M.P.No. 767 of 2018. It appears that due to inadvertence, it has been entered by the Registry as withdrawn in the main Crl.R.C.No.103 of 2018. Hence, the order dated 12.04.2018 passed in Crl.R.C.No.103 of 2018 is re-called, in view of the inadvertent mistake, however, Crl.M.P.No.767 of 2018 is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, exemption for surrender petition does not arise and hence Crl.M.P.No.768 of 2018 is closed.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner represented that due to subsequent development, Crl.M.P.No.6746 of 2018 shall be adjourned to 12.06.2018.
5. List Crl.M.P.No.6746 of 2018 along with Crl.R.C.No.103 of 2018 on 12.06.2018.
