This application has been filed by the applicants to appoint an advocate commissioner to make local inspection of the suit property and give a detailed report regarding for effective adjudication of the subject matter in allotting 3/18th share the plaintiffs 1 to 3 and 3/18th share jointly to the plaintiffs 4 to 6 in the properties morefully set out in the schedule hereunder, in the above suit.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection in allowing this application.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, and in view of no objection submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents, this application is allowed.

5. Ms.R.Gandhimathi,. Advocate, Enrolment No.MS..1197/1994, Chennai-, (Cell No..9952081601) is appointed as the Advocate Commissioner to inspect the suit schedule property and to find out the mode of division and allot 3/18th share jointly to the plaintiffs https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 4 to 6 in the suit schedule properties in the above suit. gv remuneration of the Advocate Commissioner is fixed at Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand only) and the same shall be paid by both the parties according to their respective shares directly to the Advocate Commissioner. The Advocate Commissioner shall file his report on or before 24.08.2023.
