Today, this matter is listed under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the applicant.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that in the order dated 06.03.2025, in the 8th line of paragraph No.3, typographical errors had crept in and hence, they need correction.

3. Accordingly, the following correction shall be incorporated. '(a) the Red colour portion is allotted to the 1st plaintiff' has to be substituted with the words, '(a) the Red colour portion is allotted to the applicant/7th plaintiff, the legal heir of the 1st plaintiff'

4. Except the above, other contents remains intact.

5. Registry is directed to make necessary corrections in the order dated 06.03.2025 and issue fresh order copy forthwith to the parties concerned.
