This application has been filed to permit the applicant herein namely M.Dhamodaharan be impleaded as plaintiff no.7 being legal heir of the deceased 1st plaintiff Kantha.

2. The learned counsel for the other respondents has no objection in allowing this application.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed.

4. Learned counsel for the respondents/plaintiffs is directed to carry out necessary amendment and post the main suit on 18.07.2023.
