J U D G M E N T

As per the report received from the Family Court, Pondicherry, dated 23.02.2021, in E.P.No.9 of 2011, passed in O.S.No.12 of 2009, the appellant, who is the husband of the first respondent, has not complied with the order of maintenance. He has to pay the balance amount of maintenance from 2014 onwards. As per the report received from the Family Court upto July 2014, on various dates, he has made payment. However, he has not paid the maintenance amount from 2014 onwards. Hence, without complying with the order of maintenance from 2014, he is not entitled to proceed further. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No Costs.
