This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 76 days in filing the criminal revision as against order dated 16.06.2024 passed in M.P.No.1229 of 2022 in M.C.No.163 of 2021 on the file of V Additional Family Court, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 76 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
