This writ petition has been filed for direction forbearing the respondents 1 & 2 from implementing the said proposed construction of storm water drains along Varun Avenue III Cross St, New Perungalathur, Chennai-63 including laying of "blue and metal road" through the above said street either in the near future or any time later, based on the petitioner's representation dated 07.05.2015. 2.

It is seen that this writ petition is pending without any interim order. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation on fresh cause of action, if so advised. 3.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
