Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, pleased to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the second respondent in No.A.II.4/2006-07 GCBLDG dated 09.03.2007 and his consequential proceedings No.A.II 4/2007-8 GCA-BLDG dated Nil.06.2007 and quash the same, sofar as the petitioner herein and direct the respondent to permit the petitioner to retain the family quarter No.1014, Type I, Special in Group Centre, CRPF, Avadi, Chennai.

(This case has been heard through video conference) The learned counsel for the petitioner is not present. However, the learned counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner had vacated the C.R.P.F. quarters on 03.03.2017. He further submits that the petitioner had passed away on 05.03.2013.
